The purpose of this site is to improve communications within the community and allow residents easy access to management, documents, forms, directories, current events, and special project information.

For those interested in joining our community in the future, Regatta Landing Condominiums are located within the 320-acres of Windstar on Naples Bay and offer sixty-four newly built 2- and 3-bedroom coach homes with attached garages.
